It is color combo challenge time! I am actually enjoying the fair today with my family, but through the wonder of modern technology, I am able to still bring you this post! Here is my color challenge for today:
Aren't they fun fall colors? And, here is the sample I created with them:
Materials: Autumn Splendor
Cardstock: Soft Suede, Bravo Burgundy, More Mustard and Confetti White
Ink: Bravo Burgundy and More Mustard classic; Versamark pad
Accessories: Clear embossing powder, Old Olive Satin ribbon, Scallop Square punch, Aquapainters, Stampin' Dimensionals
This is a stamp set that I got last fall and never really had time to play with. I took it out last night to create this card, and I am very pleased! The background was created by embossing the leaves with clear embossing powder. I love the look that that gives a background. Very classy! The main leaf, I stamped with Bravo Burgundy and then watercolored with More Mustard. The mustard and burgundy blended, to give a lovely look to the leave.
