Teacher Gifts

Yesterday was my kids' last day of school.  Hard to believe another school year has come and gone.  As always, my children had fantastic teachers, and I always like to show them my appreciation.  Here is what I worked up this year:

Last month my magazine from Stampin' Up! had an adorable set of coasters, and I decided to copy those for the teacher gifts.  I created a box to put them in the little card holds a gift certificate to Dunkin' Donuts!

I used the actual DD gift card holder as a template for these.  I took the measurements from the one I had and used traced the top along my top edge so it would have the same curve.  The punch outs on the bottom were attached with dimensionals and provided a nice spot to tuck the top in.

Now that the kids are home....bring on the lazy, hazy days of summer!
