2020 In Colors Scrappy Card

Today's card features our five new In Colors to create a scrappy background. From left to right they are called Bumble Bee, Magenta Madness, Misty Moonlight, Cinnamon Cider and Just Jade. Aren't they pretty!

Materials

Stamps: Ornate Thanks
Ink: Night of Navy
Card stock:
Cinnamon Cider (8 1/2" x 5 1/2" and 3/4" x 4")
Whisper White (4" x 5 1/4", 3 3/4" x 5" and 1" x 4 1/4")
Bumble Bee (3/4" x 4")
Magenta Madness (3/4" x 4")
Misty Moonlight (3/4" x 4")
Just Jade (3/4" x 4")
Accessories: Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, Just Jade 1/4" Ribbon, Champagne Rhinestones, Stampin' Dimensionals

While the card might look complicated, it really isn't. I started with 3/4" strips of each of the in colors of card stock and then I cut them at odd angles. I didn't worry about being overly precise, but rather I just eyeballed it. Then I attached them all to a piece of Whisper White card stock cut to 3 3/4" x 5". The strips will be longer than the white card stock, but once they were all in place I just trimmed it all down to make it even. Then you attach that to a piece of 4" x 5 1/4" card stock, which gives it the overall border. I thought it was a rather fun way to show off all the new In Colors.
