In today's Learn to Stamp Video, I'm showing you how to stamp using your Shimmer Paint:

 

Shimmer paint is an easy-to-use product that can give your cards a lovely shimmer.  In this card, I used the shimmer paint to "ink" my stamp so that I could stamp with it.  It's a little hard to see in the photograph, but the smaller snowflakes were stamped with the shimmer paint.  The effect is subtle, but beautiful.  Next week, I will show you how to paint with the shimmer paint.

In today's Learn to Stamp Video, I'm showing you how to do No Line Coloring (also known as No Line Watercoloring) using the Stampin' Blends

 

You may have seen some cards floating around recently showing the No-Line coloring technique.  This technique creates a beautifully soft image and is super easy using the Blends markers.  I've also seen it done using the Water Painters and ink pads, but if you use the Blends, you don't have to let the image dry in between colors.  You can use any lighter color of ink to stamp your image, but for this card, I chose to use Sahara Sand.

In today's Minute to Make It Video, I'm showing you how to make this Christmas Card with the Snow Wonder set:

 

This is another easy card that you could easily replicate in a larger quantity.  This time, I made the Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper more of the focus by having it cover most of the card front.  The paper pairs well with the snowman and makes me think about how the snow sparkles like diamonds in the middle of the winter.  Use the Blends to add some quick color to your snowman and you are pretty much done.

This card provides a complete tactile experience!  I created the poinsettia using the the poinsettia dies and the Red Velvet Paper.  The paper even showed the embossing of the veins and it so soft to touch.  Paired with the Designer Series Paper, the red velvet poinsettia makes for an elegant Christmas card.  I probably wouldn't mass produce these, but it would be perfect for those special people to whom you want to give a card that is just a little more.
