Today's #SimpleStamping Friday card comes from a design that Stampin' Up recently posted on Instagram.  I loved the clean and simple look, and I thought it was a fantastic way to show off some designer series papers.  These papers comes from the Abstract Beauty package, and with 24 different patterns in that package, there are lots of combinations you could make.  This card would be super easy to step up by simply adding a few rhinestones.

We have some amazing Designer Series Papers, and sometimes I like to make a card that really helps to showcase them.  Today's #SimpleStamping Friday card is one of those cards.  I chose to use the Friendly Hello DSP which is a Saleabration option available until February 28.  I cut the paper into 1 3/4" squares and then layered it onto a contrasting square of card stock for a window pane effect.  I completed the card with one of the sentiments from the Special Moments stamp set which is also a Saleabration option.  I love this set, and it is one that will definitely stay on my shelf after Saleabration concludes.

Today's #SimpleStamping Friday card is a super simple card that only requires one piece of card stock!  I took a piece of scrap paper and masked off all but about an inch of my card.  Then I used the Blending Brushes to fill in color, giving the illusion of an additional layer.  Finally, I stamped my images before removing the scrap paper.  Super quick and super easy but still beautiful.

Candy canes are a quintessential Christmas item.  I realize that they make candy canes in all different colors and flavors, but to me a candy cane is only red, pink and white.  For today's #SimpleStamping Friday card, I used the Candy Cane background stamp and I paired it with a simple greeting.  This card was really quick to make and would be a great one to do up in multiples, especially at this point in the season!

Today's #SimpleStamping Friday card features the Sweet Little Stockings stamp set.  Yesterday I was sharing the cards in my free tutorial, and I talked about how there were lots of designs that you could create without using the cute, little critters that come in the set.  This is one of those designs.  If I was making more of these, I would probably jazz it up just a bit with some rhinestones in between the "very merry"s that I stamped, but I wanted to keep this a #SimpleStamping card with just the stamps, ink and paper.

For today's #SimpleStamping Friday card, I wanted to focus on some of the paper from the Whimsy and Wonder designer series paper.  Those papers are just so pretty! I decided to take one design and cut it into strips that were layered onto a coordinating color of card stock.  The end result is a fun card in slightly non-traditional colors.  This is an easy technique that can be changed up just by switching out the papers.

It's #SimpleStamping Friday! On Fridays, I show you a Simple Stamping card, which is a card that has been made with just stamps, ink and paper.  Cards don't have to be complicated or use a lot of supplies to be beautiful!

Today's card features the Expressions In Ink Designer Series Paper which I allowed to take center stage.  I started with a piece of designer series paper that was 5 1/2" x 4 1/4", which is the exact size of a card front.  I then cut part of it off at angle and attache it to the front of my Basic White card.  This left me a white space in which I could stamp my sentiment.  You could actually create two cards this way, since the piece I cut off could also be used to create a card.
